PRIOREC specializes in the handling of used high-voltage systems, prototypes (including e-vehicles) and the destruction of airbags. We are proud to make a contribution to the sustainable disposal of end-of-life products and vehicles – and thus our contribution to the circular economy. We offer our own patented special containers for the safe destruction of airbags, as well as the temporary storage and safe transportation of high-voltage systems. To drive our growth and vision forward, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Managing Director (m/f/d).

Qualifications / Requirements

Successfully completed studies (industrial engineering, engineering sciences, high-voltage technology, environmental technology, etc.) or comparable completed training with corresponding additional qualifications and further training
High level of technical expertise in the areas of vehicle technology/high-voltage technology or similar; expertise in recycling and waste management advantageous
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Sustainable and entrepreneurial thinking with the ambition to make the company the leading provider of recycling solutions for e-mobility in the region

Responsibilities / main tasks

Overall responsibility for strategic orientation, sales and operations
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements; approval planning and expansion for waste management activities
Further development of existing business areas (including HV batteries, prototype disassembly, (e-) vehicle recycling)
Identification of new market opportunities and development of innovative solutions in the trend area of e-mobility
Motivating and goal-oriented management of employees, recruitment of new employees and team building
Budgeting, controlling and administration in coordination with the shareholders
