Győr and Ingolstadt, April 2023

With the acquisition of TADAK-NETT Kft. its product portfolio – another strategic step towards the future.

TADAK-NETT Kft. is a family business based in Győr (Hungary), was founded in 2000 and now has 20 employees. Since April 2023, it has been wholly owned by the BÜCHL Group.

The founder’s main idea was to create a laundry service for companies. Over the years, this has developed into one of the leading laundry service companies in the Győr region and beyond. The main area of activity is the washing and cleaning of hotel and catering textiles, workwear and protective equipment, machine cloths and dirt collection carpets as well as associated services such as rental and logistics. The daily capacity is more than 6 tons.

The company contributes to the circular economy by renting, cleaning, caring for, repairing and recycling textiles. In addition to the customer benefits (reduced storage requirements, increased flexibility, elimination of acquisition costs, ensuring consistent cleanliness, reduced workload), the long-term preservation of the textiles is part of the business model. If textiles still need to be disposed of, the service also includes appropriate disposal and recycling services.

Further synergies between BÜCHL and TADAK-NETT are to be created in the future.
For example, the gray water treated by BÜCHL Hungária from the operation of a splitting plant for washing water and emulsions can be reused to clean machine cloths and dirt collection carpets. The reduction of disposable cleaning cloths through reusable alternatives can also be promoted.

This is not the only reason why TADAK-NETT fits very well into the BÜCHL group of companies. Overall, the company is very modern. The washing and cleaning process is carried out using state-of-the-art machines, computer-controlled chemical dosing and product-specific washing programs. The wastewater produced is treated in the company’s own multi-stage wastewater treatment plant. The use of renewable sources for energy supply is being promoted. The company has a certified quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001.

With this acquisition, the BÜCHL Group is consolidating its position as a key player and innovation driver in the circular economy and continuing its solid, qualitative and long-term growth strategy.
