Expert for CO2 and life cycle assessment (m/f/d)

Qualifications / Requirements

  • A degree in engineering, business informatics, environmental sciences or a comparable field of study
  • Experience and sound knowledge in the field of greenhouse gas and life cycle assessment
  • Confident handling of the relevant norms and standards
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a very confident handling of numbers and large amounts of data
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities / main tasks

  • You are our expert in the field of greenhouse gas and life cycle assessment and the central point of contact for inquiries about environmental and climate indicators, life cycle assessments and quantitative sustainability assessments in accordance with the GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, ISO 14040, CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy
  • You are responsible for the figures, data and facts for carrying out CO2 balances and life cycle assessments/ LCAs
  • You develop or implement methods and tools for efficient and quality-assured implementation
  • You carry out calculations, analyses, evaluations and projects independently
